AZGP1 TestingHello All,
I was taking a stroll around the internet and came across the Canadian
Prostate site:w w w .prostatecancer.ca. A little deeper and I discovered
this article on AZGP1 (zinc-alpha2-glycoprotein) and a study that
corrilates decreased levels of this protein in the prostate at the time
of prostatectamy and increased chance of mets. (I know, its just a
study) My question is: what is the likelyhood that my prostate was
tested when it came out (a year ago tomorrow, Jan 26)? Can it be tested
today? I am under the assumption that my prostate is currently frozen
somewhere.
