BHP

Quite by accident I seem to have discovered, for myself anyway, the
cause of my prostate discomfort/BHP. I'm 59 and otherwise in good
health. Urologist said I had "medium" BHP, but no cancer or
symptoms. My prostate had been giving me discomfort for about 10
years. I used mostly saw palmetto, with some success, but the
condition continued, cycling between fair and uncomfortable for years.

Several months ago I decided to discontinue diet drinks of any kind -
both with equal and sacharine. I was concerned with their chemical
effects unrelated to BHP. Approximately 72 hours after their
cessation, and totally unexpectedly, my prostate discomfort ceased.
I'd estimate that it was reduced by 90% at least. The discomfort has
not returned. I tested the connection a few times by consuming 3-5
cans of my old diet drinks, and on cue, the discomfort returned each
time.

I make no claims for this discovery, except that my own comfort has
vastly improved. I hope that this information may be of some benefit
to anyone who wishes to make use of it.

yep, the fatty mawson group out of charleston s.c.
posted extensively on that subject a few months back.
not only diet drink, but any kind of processed or refined
sugar will cause severe discomfort in cp patients.
they recommend only eating natural sugars
like honey,molasses and sorghum
