Masturbation a cause of narrowing?

I'm a 17 year old guy and recently had a urethrotomy done on my penus
(4 days ago). My doctor told me that the cause couldve been years ago
from anything like while I was playing sport or whatever. I didnt
think of it at the time and i'm too embarrassed to ask now, but is it
possible that masturbating daily couldve caused the narrowing in the
tube?
Also the doctor said I should take it easy and stay away from sport or
any vigorous excercise for the next week and a half (is this a
reasonable term, or could i start excercisng now?), and lol when do
you think I could start masturbating again...lol sorry, i'm a teenage
guy! If anybody could reply as soon as possible, it'd be GREATLY
appreciated!

Very unlikely. Give the urethrotomy a good chance to heal (a couple
of weeks) and then, enjoy yourself.
