Prostatits/Candida

I contracted prostatitis about 10 years ago from either a
catherization during surgery or vaginal sex with an unknown woman. I
am 30 yo btw today.
This disease took everything from me,and was very depressing and
painfull. I tried numerous abx over the years but nothing seemed to
help. Until on day, I red on the internet that anaerobs was quite
often involved in prostatitis and that a combination of flagyl
+clindamycin
was preffered. Since I had no hope what else to do I finally tried and
IT WORKED. After a month all my prostatitis symnptoms was minimized I
had some minor discomfort but I could live whit that. But after that I
got other suspicious symptoms that mimic candida very well, such as
bloating, tired all the time, no energy, watery eyes, and allergies
which I had not had before. Also my hands and feet where also very
cold.
So I tried to get my health back by combatting the candida with diet
and natural antifungals. And eventually my symptoms of candida got
better, less bloating, allergies much better and so on, but know the
prostatitis is back?? I am not sure I will take the abx once again
cause it messed up my body very bad, but what do I have for choices?
Also can this be a die off symtoms , and how lon do they last?

Are there any people here with similar experiences? I mean candida
under control getting other illnesses to progress?
Can I take abx without having the candida back?
I would really appreciate some advice here cause I am so lost here
