Submissions should be uploaded as Word or pdf documents. Low-
resolution figures should be uploaded for the review process, but
authors will be asked to submit high-resolution images upon acceptance
of the articles.

Authors may suggest that specific individuals be or not be involved as
reviewers, but the Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine reserves
the right of final selection. Upon the receipt of the manuscript the
Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine will immediately assign a
code number, which must be cited in subsequent correspondence. All
manuscripts are subject to editorial modifications.

Manuscripts are double-blind peer reviewed by at least two anonymous
reviewers and the Editor. Final acceptance or rejection rests with the
Editorial Board, who reserves the right to refuse any material for
publication.

Proofs and reprints

The corresponding author will receive proofs, which should be
corrected and returned within 7 days of receipt. The author is
responsible for proofreading the manuscript. The publisher is not
responsible for any errors not marked by the author on the proof.
Reprints may be ordered on the reprint order form, which will
accompany the proofs.

Costs

Each manuscript submitted will be free right now.

Rejected manuscripts

Manuscripts that are not accepted for publication will not be returned
to authors. Thus authors are kindly advised to keep copies (including
pictures and tables) for themselves.
