Book / Paper reccomendations

Hi,

I'm organising a tutorial on medical imaging. It's going to have an
overview of a wide range of methods and what each can and can't do
(CT, MRI, Radiographs, Ultrasound, Pet ... ...).


I'd like to set some preparatory reading material for the students to
give them a broad overview. Does anyone know a good paper, or book
chapter that might be suitable? They are postgraduate level, but
mostly from a biological background. If it is available for free,
online - so much the better so they don't have to fight over who gets
the library books out first.
