FYI, I have made some of my radiology software available on the web at

I have found these tools to be very useful and I hope you will agree.
These applications have provided me with full control over DICOM -
image conversions and document scanning, manipulation and editing,
processing and visualization, send and receive, etc.
Unfortunately I can not provide them for free, but they are quite
inexpensive. You can try them for free and can license them if they
add sufficient value to your efforts.
