how to calculate radiation exposure and compare to mammogram

Could someone who understands physics help me??
I need to understand radiation dose (effective dose) i received from a
spiral ct scan of chest.
The tech shares
CTDI volume 17.18 miligray
Dose (product?) 475.85 mGy

Can my actual dose (in mSv or mGy be calculated), as I'd like to know
what was received by my breasts from this procedure (not to mention
thyroid, lungs, heart) and compare to digital mammogram, two views.
I'm quite concernede I receivede the equivalent of many, many
mammograms and am at high risk for breast cancer already.
Thank you!

Hi.

Only a radiology technician or a radiation oncologist can most
accurately answer your question.
I would recommend consulting your physician to get an appropriate
answer for your case.

However, just to get an idea, you can find typical exposure values
here:

* heartscanblog.blogspot . com /2007/06/ct-scans-and-radiation-exposure.html

Chest CT: 5 - 7 mSv
Chest radiograph (XRay): Less than 0.1 mSv
Mammogram: 0.3 - 0.6 mSv

Good luck.
