Osirix - Difficulty cropping DICOM ultrasound images

I am using only a small feature of Osirix. I want to crop and convert
cine DICOM ultrasound images from my PACS workstation into quicktime
movies to be used in Powerpoint or Keynote presentations. I used to
use Escape Medical Viewer which does the trick nicely but is
expensive. Osirix works but it doesn't crop exactly the limits that
are set by the rectangular box. Either greater than desired or less.

Any ideas?
