knee cartilage

Hi all,
my father, 64 years old, has given up tennis about 5 years ago because of a
shortage of knee cartilage.

He has tried some infiltrations without success, do you know a good medical
center or doctor who could solve definitely the problem with a cartilage
transplant or similar ?
