facility. The Process Engineer is responsible for developing and
implementing optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and
methods in accordance with product specifications and quality
standards in support of the operations process. Additionally,
responsible for defining the process and scope of work to be developed
and executed on projects as required. Work with key project members
and operators to ensure scope fits into our current and future needs.

To provide emergency health services within the scope of the
occupational health profession to individuals who become ill or
injured on the premises of the industrial plant. Responsible for
injury investigation, accident prevention, OSHA recordkeeping and
training, and management of Worker's Compensation cases. · Conduct
post-offer pre-placement and return to work medical exams through
established protocols in conjunction with the plant physician. ·
Provide treatment for work injuries/illnesses and consultation for non
work-related conditions. · Establish and maintain necessary medical
supplies and equipment to support the plant medical requirements. ·
Minimize severity of work-related injuries/illnesses with effective
medical and return-to-work case management. · Provide for 24 hour
medical support through internal procedures and arrangements with
outside medical facilities. · Maintain accurate and confidential
records of all medical activities in accordance with state and federal
regulations. · Administer workplace drug/alcohol testing and substance
abuse training programs. · Administer workers' compensation,
disability, FMLA and absentee programs and coordinate with third party
administrators. · Conduct and coordinate medical surveillance testing
for hearing conservation, respirator clearance, regulated chemicals
(e.g. MDA, formaldehyde), etc. · Conduct training for 1st Aid/CPR,
dermatitis prevention, back care, hearing conservation, etc. ·
Administer plant blood borne pathogens program. · Administer PPE
program for prescription safety glasses, safety shoes, hearing
protection, etc. · Manage workplace wellness and health service
programs. · Perform computer workstation ergonomic evaluations and
training. · Participate in new employee orientation for medical
issues, workers' compensation and injury reporting. · Maintain active
visibility and accessibility to employees including frequent visits to
the production floor. · Participate in emergency plan activities and
coordinate with external responders

Position requirements:

RN Certification in Occupational Health; 4-year nursing degree; · 3-5
years experience · Good communication and interpersonal skills
Nurse Practitioner Desired.
Eligible candidate must be: U.S. citizen, U.S. national, a person
lawfully admitted for permanent residence, a temporary resident under
sections 210(a) or 245(A) of the Act, a person admitted in refugee
status, a person granted asylum.
