EP

I nave a client hospital that I am assisting in a search for someone
that enjoys working in the
EP area but I am having a very hard time filling the position. I have
listed the requirements below.
My question is why is this position so hard to fill? Where do I go on
the web to find people with EP backgrounds?

EP Technologist/ Would you like to become a specialist in EP? This
hospital will help you learn if you have strong Cath Lab skills
already.

Must have current knowledge of EP
BCLS
ACLS
Previous cardiac cath, Angio and EP experience
Job Qualifications:

Registered Cardiovascular Technologist(withCCI) or a Registered
Cardiovascular Interventional Technologist (With ARRT) or a Paramedic
or an ORT.

Job Duties:

This position main duty will be responsible for EP.
Preforms routine calibration of physiological monitoring equipment and
recording physiological information during Cardiac Catherization/Angio/
EP procedures
