Remedy to our bad American Economy--->>>REAL ESTATE NORTHEAST BRAZIL

Remedy to our bad American Economy--->>>REAL ESTATE NORTHEAST BRAZIL

In 1945, after the end of the war, USA was the largest financial
lender in the world.

If you pay attention, the downs in our American economy have always
come few years after waging wars and forgetting internal problems of
our own people such as health, economic reforms and structure.

It has been a slow but a steady process. All the signs are there. Wars
are usually fought over beliefs, money or territory. These two last
Iraq terms spent so much money so somebodys friends could get arms
contracts that it broke the piggy bank.

So, unfortunately to make really profitable investments we are forced
to invest offshore.

There is no better investment, or safer, than real estate. I doubt
that anyone wants to go into European markets or Chinese or Indian for
the forth would be too complex and the latter too culture complicated
besides the distance differences.

That leaves South America which is closer, giving very good profits
and decent time terms and the distance is much smaller.

I will even go as far as saying that the Northeast of Brazil is the
best place on the Southern continent to make these investments but
thats just my personal opinion.

Fascist country.....no property rights ???

What are you blabbering about now ? Either you are purposely trying to
discredit my findings or you need to inform yourself which actually
could be a good thing.

Listen, people stop being hardheaded and ignorant. Our country is not
the best one for business and investing. The sooner you all realize it
(most of you know it some wont admit it) THE BETTER !

Like I said do your homework people.

INTERESTING FACT---->>> PROPERTY TAX IS MAX UP TO 0,6% ANYWHERE IN
BRAZIL ANNUALLY !

FAILING TO PLAN IS PLANNING TO FAIL AND THAT GOES FOR THE FINANCIAL
FUTURE AS WELL.

I was playing a war video game called Modern Warfare and when you die
they quote prices of arms.

One airplane U$D200Million (how can that improve education hmmmmm???)

One warship was like 2.9 Billion

Single rocket U$D800,000

Get your percentages right about costs. And please do not try to claim
you know the actual costs which is a military secret ok I know it
all......

The best place to invest is the country that has growth opportunities and
the best way to foster that is PROPERTY RIGHTS (i.e., a country that doesn't
nationalize property, particularly investment property.

Brazil is not such a country.

End of story.

Here's a dollar - buy a clue.

If your grammar and punctuation is any indication, you're even worst than
clueless.

I won't even go into your writing style (grade: about 4th year elementary
school)

Let me guess: your teachers taught you that your opinion was valid, and even
important, but they never gave even a hint as to how to form and enunciate a
coherent one.

In sum taking investment advice from someone who couldn't pass Econ 101 is,
well, clueless.

Oh boy, you guys are really hardheaded. Everyone has the right to
their opinion no matter how uniformed. Let us see the points we have
covered so far.....spam.....im from Chicago...yes i am in Brazil on
the Ocean actually (its ok guys the temps dont get over 94-96 here
with a nice breeze and steady climate with no earthquakes no tornadoes
no hurricanes etc...) but i have one very important question for
everyone that has been responding so negatively >>>>??????????

WHY ARE YOU GUYS GETTING SO MUCH OFF OF THE SUBJECT ??? IS IT BECAUSE
YOU GUYS LACK FACTS ??? IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A DISCUSSION ON THE
SUBJECT IN ITSELF AND HAVE FACTS TO BACK UP YOUR DEDUCTIONS THEN I
WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY AND OBLIGED TO ENTERTAIN THE IDEA OF CONVEYING
MORE USEFUL INFORMATION AND RESPONDING.

HOWEVER, IF NOT, THUS THIS IS SIMPLY AND PURELY A WASTE OF MY TIME AS
WELL AS YOURS. DO NOT SEE ANY THIRST FOR NEW KNOWLEDGE NOR ANY LOGICAL
REASON TO CONTINUE THIS.

EVEN AS WRONG AS BUSH MIGHT BE WHY IS HE COMING HERE TO BRAZIL ON
BUSINESS MATTERS THIS WEEK???

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR SUCH MEANINGFUL DIALOGUE AND ITS BEEN GREAT TO
CONVERSE WITH YOU PEOPLE BUT I REALLY MUST GET TO OTHER THINGS IN MY
LIFE.

KINDEST REGARDS TO EVERYONE INVOLVED ! HONESTLY !

This just after telling us all about his opinions, and a whole bunch of
irrelevant "facts" (i.e., weather, adverse geology...)How is that "sticking
to the subject"?

Now wonder Brazil is such a Banana Republic Basket Case!

Matt, the Brazillian education system is lacking, which is to be

No, he's not. See my other post to him showing his IP address, name,
ISP, etc. He really is from Brazil, though it is possible he was in
Chicago at one time--but probably got sent back for crossing without a

grammar and nice writing style then go ro my group. Not to say that i
like conflict but you guys really do need to fall of your high horses
