Are you a Rail Project Manager ?

SENIOR RAIL PROJECT MANAGER, LONDON - c.GBP75k p.a. plus substantial
package

WE ARE searching for a Senior Project Manager who is currently working
within the rail sector and are offering an excellent opportunity for
the successful role seeker to deliver a significant new development
scheme, managing the rail team and influencing all aspects of
Construction delivery. The specific project situated near to the City
of London will be one of the most prestigious construction project
ever undertaken in Western Europe.

This is a key position working for our client, a major project
management, construction and property development company who
specialise in the management, leasing, development, design and
construction of cutting edge schemes across the globe.

You would ideally have the following experience, knowledge and
qualifications:

-Significant experience of project management on major civil
construction works or rail station developments.
- Proven successful track record in delivery of the above.
- Management of a civil contractor within rail sector.
- Experienced in the delivery of projects within a rail and heavy
civil environment.
- Experienced of high profile rail projects.
- Good understanding of health & safety legislation and conscious of
health & safety
- IT literate.
- Possession of MICE or equivalent preferable but not essential or
Member of Project -anagement Institution.
-BSc in Civil Engineering or equivalent preferable but not essential.
