Works done, so give him a call. Certainly no problem in that and no hard
feelings will be made. Who knows why he put it up late, but as long as no
harm was done ie. he nailed it to the garage or your tree.
As for getting paid for his advertising, ever get a discount on clothing
just because it carried a logo? Good luck.
