Being a general contractor and builder for about 30 years....
I have never had a sign.
the benefits of not having a sign are:

Dont have to worry about someone stealing it.
Dont have to worry about being charged for putting it up
Dont have to worry about a dog peeing on it.
Dont have to worry about it being burned....

If the Dems have their way, it would require it be written in 5 languages

I know, that explains my smiley. But now that you mention it, I think
I'm going to erect a dog pee barrier around the property - can't be
too careful!
