a free market - but on the other hand I'd guess their product isn't that

A bartender recently told me that Brandy Midnight is currently experiencing
just 60% occupancy rates.

Well I will be in town for an extended duration beginning this weekend
so I will do what I can in terms of "research" and hopefully provide
the denizens of avlv with a definitive answer....
