Hmmm. Must be a mid-management thing. They always 'manage' to screw
a company up. In the case of SWA - my favorite airline - I guess this

Yeah, and most of their employees seem to be happy. I could not care
less if I ever fly another airline again.

That's all I need. I rack up FF points on my credit card, get free
drink tickets and they are usually a comfy plane to fly. So that's
why I usually use them.
