It's okay, though I like it better than any of the other casinos in
the Kansas City area. I haven't eaten at any of the restaurants other
than the Range which was really good but that was some time ago.
These days I just go for the gambling and the occasional concert at
the Voodoo Lounge which is a really nice venue. Overall it's a nice
place but there's nothing about it that really grabs me.

Google maps says it's about 45 minutes from Leavenworth which sounds
about right. One thing to keep in mind is that Missouri has a $500
limit within a two hour period, which means you can't buy more than
$500 in chips within a two hour period. I'm not sure how it works
with slot machines, but there's something similar there.

yes --- and while markedly different it's not terrible. The rooms are
okay, and seem to overlook the river, if I recall correctly. Several
decent places to eat. If you play poker at all the "players" are fairly
easy marks.

15 or 20 mins, as I recall. You can go up to the airport and head back
down (making a giant "V" in the process) ---- or there's a very lightly
traveled two-lane road that cuts between the two highways you'll be on.

I did have fun there --- and most if not all of the waitresses in the
eatery there participated in my informal poll on whether they shaved
their kooch. from the best of my recollection (I was pretty hammered)
most answered in the affirmative.

I am afraid I would have to insist on checking the poll results out.
