Defaults in Las Vegas

To refute what Don Strevel said about the mortgage crisis and home sales
in Las Vegas, here are a few stats that Don is not aware of or chooses
to ignore.
# of resale homes that sold March 2008
1127
# of resale homes that sold March 2007
2006
# of resale homes that sold March 2005
3473
Median price of a new home sold in Las Vegas in 2007
$280,085
Median price of a new home sold in Las Vegas in 2006
$335,315
Median price of a new home sold in Las Vegas in 2008 so far
$255,075
The Clark County Recorders office puts out a daily list of foreclosures.
the list today had 38 pages, almost 200 foreclosures. That is just today.

I've been lurking as usual, and find that this is the same old crap, but
just a different day. The same group of clowns takes someone's post and
rips it apart.
When, oh when, will things change for the better.
As I now slip back into hiding, I am faithfully yours.....

Chuck,
I find it amazing that you would waste so much time refuting someone
who hasn't any credibility to begin with. You must have something
better to do with your life. Call it the EE model but once someone has
shown an incredible ignorance of a subject on numerous occasions, you
just have to ask yourself, "What's the point?"

You know for a FACT that's Chuck? If not, 'what's the point'?

To me it looks like part of his point was to make fun of you and tie your
posting style in with Chuck's.

BM/ChuckK,

I'll use this rare *brief* reply of yours to respond in general to the slew
of blather you've been posting.

I find it very amusing that I'm so important to you. I sit here stunned at
each insanely overheated and incredibly lengthy response you make to me.
You must have spent hours on those posts in which you respond to each and
every line I write. Needless to say, I don't find you important at all, and
I don't feel the need to spend my time responding to each and every
hysterically penned word of yours, so I've left those hysterical posts
without responses.

You have devolved into the new BM/ChuckK. Often amusing, but never lucid.
Soon enough you'll bore me just as those two did. How funny that without
even trying I've had such an impact on you. At one time you seemed almost
normal here. But with just a few humiliations at my hands, you've melted
down completely, crashed and burned as it were, and become nothing more than
a sad caricature.

How's it feel to be the new BM/ChuckK?

Congratulations! Its a rare honor indeed....................

Just showing me how much you "don't care", eh hippie?

> I find it very amusing that I'm so important to you.

Yeah. About as important as that fly I just swatted a few moments
before I posted this.

> I sit here stunned at

Hmmmm... I thought you said I was not important to you. Yet you read
each post I made to you? You sure you're not in love with me?

> You must have spent hours on those posts in which you respond to each and

Nah. I type VERY fast.

> Needless to say, I don't find you important at all,

Oh, my. My life as I know it is over. Too bad you read each and
every one of my posts, eh?

> and I don't feel the need to spend my time responding to each and every

Yet, here you are posting away. How very BM of you. Go ahead and lie
to me and tell me how unimportant I am to you.

> so I've left those hysterical posts

Couldn't come up with a rebuttal? I thought so. So much for that
'superior intellect' of yours, hippie.

Uhhh... I'd have to put on 200 lbs. to do that.

> Congratulations! Its a rare honor indeed....................

Gee, thanks. You like me... you really, really like me!

> OR/BM/Chuck/JP/Hitler/Stalin/Pol Pot/Saddam Hussein/Jane Fonda/Bobby Knight/Pee Wee Herman

Wow, Dave. You care so little about my posts it only took you a
whopping 36 minutes to reply, which was a lot less time than the hour
and 19 minutes it took you to reply to the other post. For a guy who
"doesn't care" about me you sure follow me around a lot.

Now hurry up and be a good little boy and reply (again) about how much
I bore you, hippie.

Would it not be more fitting if he went out on his $5K toilet?

The point is to be longwinded, boring, repetitive and pointless. What else?
