I've learned the hard way that Saeco themselves offer the parts at very
reasonable prices PLUS if you ask to talk to a technician, he'll probably
explain the procedure and even email you a schematic. I've experienced all
these things with them. He told me how to modify my Vienna to get hotter
water. Give them a call. Nothing to lose.
