How To Quit Smoking Videos

Last year I lost someone in the family to lung cancer which was caused
by excessive smoking. But then he must have been smoking for around
twenty or so years. I don't remember him without his favorite
cigarettes in his hand. I think he tried to quit a few times. But
never really succeeded. How About You? This video compilation will
help you to stop smoking.

Take the cigar between thumb and forefinger.
Deposit cigar gently in the ash-tray.
There -- you quit.

On the outside chance that you're sincere, there's no scientific proof of
any significant correlation between non-inhaling cigar smoking and lung
cancer.

bernie..a long time ex-cigarette smoker and a long time happy cigar smoker
with no desire to quit.

Relax, have a cigar... (or a video of a cigar)

The reason congressmen try so hard to get re-elected is that
they would hate to have to make a living under the laws
they've passed.
