A Marine sergeant who became a symbol of resilience as he strove to
recover from a roadside bomb blast in Iraq that blanketed 97 percent
of his body with burns has died, the Defense Department said. He was
22.

Reports have begun to circulate, indicating that information may have
been available prior to September 11th, which, if had been pursued, or
simply publicized, would have revealed, a possible future to be
avoided. Recently, I have heard reports of elected representatives
asking questions relating to said reports, such as, why has it taken
so long for us to become aware of the possible fact that some may have
foreseen such an occurrence, yet, their insight was not given the
appropriate recognition? Such a question, would seem to indicate,
these picked deputies are not aware of the fact that since September
many writers employed by the media have lost their amplified voice
because they would not rally to the call of the present
administration. Maybe these delegates figured such a question would
cause many to overlook the effects of this new separation between the
Free Press and the media? Or should I say, the full replacement of the
Free Press by the administration controlled media?

Am I to believe that they have not heard the complaints of writers who
say editorials are coming from home offices, with orders that
conflicting editorials are not to be published?

mental handicaps are self inflicted from years of drug abuse. What a
sick human being Alan is for trying to make some warped political
statement at the expense of one of our finest soldiers who endured
more than any person should have to endure. Shame on you Alan
Jackson!! You are a very sick and pathetic individual who deserves
nobody's pity or attention. Go crawl back into the cave from whence
you emerged and finish the job of destroying what little brain you
