Stores should take to posting HUGE signs behind the counter saying:
We also sell something secret, that we can't show you
(because of bill #12345, passed on May 31, 2008.)

I'm actually FOR this part, although it's silly that they have to pass a
law for common etiquette. People shouldn't be able to pick up produce
roll it around in their hands, wipe it under their nose, then put it
back for the next customer, either.
