If it came from a 'oriental' source.... you got screwed just like I did.
I refused a package due to his declaration... of 'cigars' and the good old
nazi's at Canada customs wanted more in duty, excise and 'handling' (not to
sure I want anyone 'handling' my cigars...) than the box was worth.
I was told it was returned to the orient.....

I have received numerous packages from over-sea, some stopped and they
are returned to sender.... never had one "destroyed"
