Tonight's smoke 7/01/08

Good evening ASP. What's in your pipe tonight ? Here it is F&T Golden
Mixture in a Dunhill 5 Shell diplomat. For my money, this is a great
blonde Virginia. Purported to be the Elephant & Castle Roanoke, it is,
IMO, one of the most flavorful, complex, ageable and well balanced
blends in this genre. Your palate is allowed to be divergent. ;>}

Re: Tonight's smoke 7/01/08

Evenin' Kim. It's Haddo's in the Dunnie, cranberry juice on the side
(with lots of water) in the big horkin' Mason jar. My own CD mix in
the CD player. Had a great dinner of spaghetti, Brussels sprouts (with
butter and salt), and an oatmeal creme pie for dessert. Best of all,
the spaghetti sauce was Classico, so that means I have another big
horkin' Mason jar! This makes seven or eight, I think. I'm runnin' out
of room to store them.

Hope everyone is enjoying their day,
Ian

Hiya Kim, Ian, ASP,

I'm having some Black Sea Sokhoum in a basket billiard. Soon to be a
Rolling Rock on the side. But first, a bit of work.

Have a nice night.

Greetings Kim, Ian, Casey and the Brotherhood of the ASP. Still
breaking in my small Ardor Venere with 965, Schumann and coffee on the
side. Today we are celebrating Vivian's "birthday," the one year
anniversary of when she broke through her parents' mythology and
became a different woman. I look forward to a good talk about it this
evening while I cont. to break in the Venere. The little pipe seems to
be coming around pretty well. Happy smokes to all of you. -- Tim

Hey Mike, how was the '97 Navy Flake? Was it as good as I think it
would be? :-)

Re: Tonight's smoke 7/01/08

Went to the basement to get some bread from the freezer and heard a
jar of 27 month old Virginia Spice calling for help...so I helped it
upstairs. Been smoking it most of the day and right now. I shift
around on the blends I have open so when I smoke something I won't
have it again for six months. The best part about this is that a
tobacco is new again and a bit older.

Finished a bowl of Dunhill Std. Mix. Med. in the same Tinsky I started with this
morning. One of Mark's earlier efforts, it's drilled a little high but still
smokes great.

N.B. If you ever are told to take Flagyl for an infection, ask if there's
something else that will do the job. Nothing has tasted right, including my
pipes, since Saturday, and I won't be done with this until this coming Saturday.

Bob

Just your basic flake, and official Old Fart!

Evening Kim, fellas,
I'm gonna pick up a tin of Golden Mixture on your recommendation,
Kim. Smoking McClelland 2010 again in a Le Nuvole lovat.
