Sunday Afternoon Smoke: 7-6-08

'Afternoon ASP,

I'm about to start rolling up some Dolmades (Grape Leaves) for supper.
I've got some Carter Hall in a basket pipe and iced tea to assist.
Hopefully I won't mess them up too bad.

How's your afternoon coming?

Casey

Rescued a jarof Count Pulaski from the basement, a blend I haven't had
in a whilw so it's new again. Smoking it in a Wally Frank. Been
overcast all day and the Terrors are hugging the bed.

The grandson just left and I'm exhausted. Too exhausted for smoking a
pipe.

Day is sweet, Casey and Howard & ASP. Chocolate cake while watching a
great tennis match with my love. Ruthenberg/965 acting like gentlemen.
Have a great smoke. -- Tim

I have put the Carter Hall aside for a while and am smoking Arcadia in
a Tinsky for a full body, kind of, smoke along with an Irish Whiskey
over ice.

Mac Baran Navy Flake in a Pete earlier for the drive into the Fort
with the top laid down, in my rag top, rag top, automobile. Sorry,
flash back form seeing The Kentucky Headhunters last month. <G> SWMBO
called from work so I had to get out of bed and bring her glasses that
she forgot when she left this morning. Later went over to the Golden
Corral for breakfast then to my daughters to borrow her computer while
she's working, mine is still offline. I'll be smoking Golden Flake
Ready Rub or whatever's it called in an Italian made bent
whatcamacallit for the drive home when I leave out. Missed you
guy's... by this much. <BG>

Afternoon Casey, ASP. Here it is Brown Clunee in a Sara Eltang orange
stained [don't see many of these] smooth rhodesian/saucer. Sipping
some Herradura Anejo on the side. Is there a better tequila ?!
Certainly my fav of the many agave juices I've tried. Too expensive
for every day but it is the madman !

I had to look up what Dolmades were ;)

Sounds like a lot of trouble but intriguing.

Ever had "Sticky Rice" ? I had a neighbor from Vietnam who'd harvest
Banana Leaves from my garden & wrap this delicious steamed, coconut milk
infused rice treat (they looked like green Tamales)..

Hey BBQ,

They can be a bit of trouble, but are well worth it. Besides that, you
can put them in the fridge and eat them all week. I rolled just south of
50 so I should be good for at least a few days.

I have never had Sticky Rice, but it sounds good! Is it a desert dish?
