[OT] Weight Loss Update

It's been a difficult month for me..As you know I've had something on
my mind that's made it hard for me to keep my focus.I did manage
though to loose the 8 pounds that I needed to reach my first goal. This
morning at the doctors office I weighed 214 pounds.Exactly 100 pounds
less than the 314 that I started at.My doctor told me that I no longer
need the pills to help control my sugar level as long as I keep
exercising and stick to my eating plan.My next goal is to get under
200 pounds. My final goal is to get down to 157.That will be half of
what I started at,it 's not an easy task, but I think I can make it by
the end of this year.I'm sure gonna give it my very best effort.

178 & goal 165. Trouble is, near all the good tasting foods are
fattening, & vicey versey!

Congratulations and good luck going forward. The hardest part is past.

I dropped 40lbs in the last year. It's the delayed gratification that's
difficult to handle. The pleasure of macoroni and cheese or sleeping in
instead of running; balanced against how good I'm going to feel in a few
months.
