Or perhaps they are quite happy not to join the rat race that is
Chicago/Detroit/Minneapolis/Etc. Not everybody WANTS to live where and how
you live. Two out of three of the reasons you state above are probably
fairly accurate. I'm just a bit surprised that someone who bases many of his
own arguments on personal choice would find them anything but perfectly
normal and sound choices.
