Smokers Club Scorecard needs updaing.

"The states that have refused to pass or even consider passing total
indoor bans on smoking are:

New Hampshire, Michigan, Maryland, Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania,
Alaska, Hawaii, Oregon, Arizona, North Dakota, South Dakota, New
Mexico, Texas, Louisiana, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina
Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, Utah, Kansas, Nebraska, Oklahoma,
Idaho, Nevada, West Virginia, Kentucky, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Alabama,
Wyoming Missouri, Illinois and Indiana."

http :// www .smokersclubinc,com /modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=3066

Strike New Hampshire, Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Hawaii,
Oregon, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Nebraska, Minnesota, and Illinois.

Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee, Oklahoma, the Dakotas, and Georgia
have weak bans.

The only state recently not to "even consider" legislation is Alaska.

Don't forget to check their state budgets now....
Their all broke. No way to raise money c'ept more
tax's on property.
Good !
Make's the sensible move out faster now.
None of the smoking ban states have new business on the way either.
And are losing seats.
Somehow they look south to open new industries.

You're forgetting cigarette taxes. The average state tax per
pack is $1.16 and climbing. It's free money. No one has to pay it.

It's like the lottery. No one has to pay it, yet poor people pay it voluntarily. We think
they pay it because they're stupid, but we really don't care why. It's free money that
would otherwise have to be paid by middle class white folk. We're happy to exploit them.

You're reasonable when the subject isn't nicotine.

When it is, denial kicks in.

You could (if you could) say exactly the same about smoking.

Nicotine addicts are exploited by the tobacco companies and those who
hold stock in those companies.

Whats really hard to believe is they (the exploited) are the staunchest
defenders of their exploiters. Must be something akin to the Stockholm
Syndrome.

Don't forget there's a drug involved. A POWERFUL drug that
slightly raises the pulse rate, creates a "buzz" like a mosquito,
robs your blood of oxygen, fills your lungs with gunk, and
people fork over big money for the privilege of dying sooner,
making their slave masters rich, and paying someone else's tax bill.

Robert likes it when his pimp-daddy BigTobacco fucks him in the ass ...
he just doesn't care much for gov't doing the same thing.
