CHECK IT OUT

Something for everybody in PA., screwballs. Think compromise you
extremist, fanatical, all-or-nothing, nut-cases.

Upside is that the PA "ban" has little effect on The BIg N and his
cronies as little has changed relative to the clubs and other
establishments that The BIG N frequents. Places where there is the
assurance that whining neurotic candy-asses like those who troll here
won't or can't frequent.

Anyway, heres a piece for you screwballs to peruse. Including Troll
"Twinkie" Shane who pulls his paycheck from PA and spends it in New
Joizey.

You ladies read it while The BIG N fires up a (illegal) Havana.
Perhaps other states and regions will see the sense and reason
involved here,
Feel free to respond with your obligatory defensive responses,
delusions, whining, sour grapes or whatever other excuse du jour you
may have in your
moan-bag.

Pennsylvania Governor Signs Reasonable Smoking Ban Legislation, Chris
McCalla, Legislative Director, International Premium Cigar and Pipe
Retailors Association (IPCPR)

Pennsylvania Gov. Ed Rendell signed into law on June 13th a compromise
smoking ban that would prohibit smoking in most private businesses and
public spaces, while exempting private clubs, a percentage of casino
gaming floors and bars where food accounts for 20% or less of gross
sales. Retail tobacco shops, cigar bars, and related industry
businesses will be exempt. Some bars will also be exempt from the ban,
while some restaurant-bars will have the option of separating the two
businesses by creating separate entrances and ventilation systems. The
new law becomes effective in 90 days.

Thank you to all of you who took direct action in contacting your
state legislators. Input from you, the constituent, may well have
proved to be the deciding factor in ensuring exemptions for our
industry were secured as part of the overall bill signed by the
governor. Never believe you cannot make a difference-- together, we
are the difference.

Never believe you cannot make a difference-- together, we
are the difference.

There is a lot of truth to that statement. This is why the manority
of people - the non-smokers have been able to ban smokeing from common
areas. Big tobacco could buy Bob Dole and Newt Gingrich but they
could not buy evrey municipality that enacted anti smokeing laws for
their town meetings and in business within their jurisdiction. There
are pockets - areas- where the smokers still have power but it is just
a matter of time. People will eventually reign where there is a need
for clean air. Yes, people do make a difference.

You're an extremist nut-job

I'll fire one up as a token to your fanaticism and zeal. Wear your
panties proudly, neurotic troll-guy. LOL!
