The anti-smoking movement has finally reached Egypt, which has a huge
proportion of people who smoke. Smoking is an ingrained part of Egyptian
culture, but it seems as if the seeds are being sown now for that
situation to change.

Warnings printed on the cigarette pack don't work. We tried that in the 70s. They need to
tax the shit out of cigarettes. Raise the price from 50 cents per pack to 5 dollars, then
see how many ragheads continue smoking. That'll teach 'em to raise the price of OUR oil.
The Middle East is a great source of exploitable cheap labor. Why can't they be more like
us? After they see prosperity in Iraq, they'll all want to jump on board. They can start
by learning English.
