Of course you won't run into me in such places. Why? Pennsylvania's new
indoor public smoking ban exempts private clubs, but your taverns won't
be permitted to allow public smoking after 9/11/2008. Your mom and dad's
back room certainly doesn't interest me either and as long as these
"back rooms" are not open to the public, they are probably exempt too.

You are wrong Twinkie breath. Special ventilated rooms. Check your
facts. Better yet check some of The Big N's preferred spots..

. Your mom and dad's

They certainly aren't open to your kind, Twinkie, that''s the point
idiot. You stay with your own Mom's backroom, as long as she still
allows you to wear her panties your life is just fine.. LOL!

Bars selling less than 20% food are exempt.

Bars are not public places, they are privately owned.

9/11/1961 Hurricane Carla strikes the Texas coast as a Category 4 hurricane, the
strongest storm ever to hit the state. 500,000 evacuated.

9/11/1968 Air France Flight crashes off Nice, France, killing 89 passengers and 6 crew.

9/11/1970 The Ford Pinto is introduced.

passengers and two crew.

9/11/1982 The international forces, which were guaranteeing the safety of Palestinian

9/11/2007 Russia tests the largest conventional weapon ever, the Father of all bombs.

9/11/2008 New York antismokers, masquerading as public health advocates, destroy the
economy of Pennsylvania. Pittsburgh quickly joins West Virginia. Philadelphia
unsuccessfully attempts to annex Wilmington and join Delaware, a move rejected by Delaware
voters as "too low class." Widespread civil disorder follows. The Treaty of Binghamton
awards Philadelphia to New Jersey and rural Pennsylvania becomes North West Virginia, one
of two states expressing an interest. The other, Missouri, wanted to turn it into a
hunting and fishing preserve. State capitol is moved from Harrisburg to Pittsburgh and
smoking bans are rescinded. Mario Lemieux is elected the new state's first Governor. Parti
Québécois opens an office in Erie and begins lobbying for mandatory French in grade
school. Sharon Stone, a native of Saegertown, leads a unity demonstration by straddling a
Bessemer Furnace (sans underwear) and smoking a Marlboro.

Indoor public smoking bans do not refer to ownership; they refer to the
operation or use of a business. If the public is allowed in, then the
indoor public smoking ban may apply.

Your silly fluff has been deleted.

Why are you so upset that The BIG N's life will be unaltered by your
"smoking ban" ? You silly neurotics attach so much personal and
emotional investment to all of this. Hey, Twinkie, it ain't no big
thang! Relax, settle down, order up another batch of cheese fries. As
"bans" go, no big deal. Life goes on twinkie, even for nut-jobs like
yourself. So don't be letting The BIG N get under your skin, he's just
enjoyin' the show. LOL
