That statement must be qualified by the fact that in the vast majority
of "PUBLIC" places, I can freely smoke. I can still smoke in parks, on
the sidewalks, and in the patio areas of many restaurants and bars.
I see you continue to show your anger by continuing to use the term
"addict" as a pejorative. It is a manifestation of your hatred, but I
do not question your right to do so - it is a matter of free speech.

Care to try again? Why can't you explain why you hate the fact that
some places - if not restricted by law - would continue to allow smoking?
Do you ever go to many of these places whose patrons wish to smoke?
