Look at what the China crap is doing to our beloved newsgroup. Just THINK
how badley they are gonna fark up eBay...

Is there a general IP segment that eminates from China, and is it possible
to block any posts from that IP segment locally in Windows Mail?

No. Windows Mail can't filter on that part of the message header. I
don't think any Microsoft email product can.

I found I wasn't accurate about that. MS Outlook can be made to trigger
a filter by any string in the message header or body. That opens up a
lot more possibilities than Outlook Express, Windows Mail, or Windows
Live Mail. However, it still doesn't do regular expressions, so it
might still be difficult to make a good filter that catches all spam
from China.

Seems to me that the email spam I get still comes from all over. Lots
from China, of course, but nearly as much from India, South America,
Russia, and other places.
