Maybe I'm A Leo

Maybe I'm A Leo

I heard an amazing cover of this Deep Purple tune on the radio the other
night. They did mention the guitarist's name before the tune played, but I
missed it. I don't know if it is a band name or a guitarist's name I'm
looking for. It wasn't a live performance, so it wasn't Satriani with Deep
Purple.

Does anyone have any ideas as to the likely suspect?

Gov't Mule did a cover of Maybe I'm a Leo on The Deep End Vol 1

I almost forgot about that post. Yes, that was it. Thanks for the tip.
I always love it when a band does way more than justice to a classic tune.

I never listened to Gov't Mule or bought one of their albums until I
happened to hear their cover of "John the Revelator" on the radio
one day. Talk about doing justice to a classic! Great band.

no, but i'm often surprised with all the strat talk that goes on here that
RB's name is seldom mentioned.

Whenever I mention his name, it's usually in conjunction with the words
'is ten times better than Eric Clapton/Dave Gilmour/etc'.
