are, however, finish-prep, inspected and set up in San Diego prior to
shipment to the customer.
Everyone has a lower-end lineup. No reason Carvin shouldn't as well. The
Cobalts are pretty nice, actually.

If they dropped the prices that much, then it has to be that they
weren't selling. I hear tell that those Cobalt acoustics are made in
Asia. I think Carvin should stick to their U.S. Electrics and Basses.
Their instruments being made in America was definitely a strong
selling-point for Carvin since the beginning. I believe two things
have kept Carvin in the game: Quality, Value, and U.S. made products.
they should stick with the formula.
