I was gonna reply to the first post, then asked myself this same question
( I figured it was you on the left )..so I am responding to your answer
here.
Like you even needed to know any of that...
Anyways...yeah man.....cool you get to post a video!
Your voices are so different between you and the leas singer that I would
recommend that you don't do backing vocals.
You are great guitar player, and so I recommend that you concentrate on that
because I like listening to you play.
Besides..your lead singer is a hulk of a fugger so let his voice be just
that...the voice of the band.
I think your playing and the lead guitarist's playing does well together,
and can stand on its own without the backing vocals.
I hope you take this as a compliment only to your playing.
You *can* sing..yes...but you kinda clash with the lead singer...,it s like
either you sing or he sings...but not the both of you.
Thats the point I am trying to make here.
So..with that said, it would also make the band sound tighter since you
would *have* to oncentrate on your playing, especially during the parts that
you sing on.
I like your band....a years worth more of gigs and you guys should be coming
into your own more and tighten up....I can see you guys doing well!
Great rig you have...very expressive energetic guitar playing on your part,
and you look in good shape for someone who's not 18 anymore :)
Nice close up 1:41-1:49....you should do more solos yourself, dude ( based
also on the opening part of the clip where you are doing the
arpeggios )..cool.
More vids!
Peace,
