Look, Keith is the first to admit he can be a little on the cranky side, but
stuff he posts is usually accurate and always appropriate. I've dealt with
him in the group and personally, I enjoy corresponding with him. We had a
small run in years ago, but we got over that, I like him because he
definitely says what he thinks and believes and doesn't change his opinions.
Plus, on a lot of topics like "tone woods" and such, he is dead on right.
He is nothing like these idiots that come in here just to get a little
attention....sort of like you. PapaCarl

Thank you......I went back and found the post that they were referring
to.....the one Keith put up. I think it was in bad taste, it's not
something I probably would have done.....but coming from a position of law,
being involved in enforcing laws involving child abuse and such for many
years....I don't think anybody would even give that a second look as far as
calling it child porn.....,it was a bad joke. All I'm saying is some idiots
just like to create flame wars....this group used to be a great place to get
help with guitar stuff, and on more than one occasion Keith did help me
quite a bit. I'm old, and I don't have the patience to read all this non
guitar related crap that people post, it was my fault for even opening the
first post in this thread.....I'll refrain from doing that ever again. Andy
I believe just likes to sound off.....he needs to mature a little.

Sure, Keith is opinionated, and abrasive. But his saving grace is his
honesty. He means what he says, and doesn't flip-flop. I don't always
agree with him (especially when whammy bars are involved), but I
respect him for that.

Sure, Keith is opinionated, and abrasive. But his saving grace is his
honesty. He means what he says, and doesn't flip-flop. I don't always
