Drum tracks, from a laptop, through a guitar amp?

Drum tracks, from a laptop, through a guitar amp?

Specifically, a Vox AD50VT...

Using something like Cubase (with Battery 3) or just an MP3 file, are there
any issues I need to look out for or is this this just a plug it in and go
operation?

I don 't think so. I've tried it. I didn't much like the results, but
it doesn't seem to pose any risk to the amp.

It'll sound like shit....guitar speakers don't have enough high end
response to sound right.

Well, fortunately it doesn't have to sound good, just good enough for me and
the bass player to practice along to until we get a drummer...
