I've never dealt with Tube Depot. I've only bought tubes from Lord Valve
although it's been a few years. You can't talk to a more knowledgable valve
guy. The few times I dealt with him the service was great and he was all
business on the phone.

Now-a-days, everyone uses a *very* accurate means of matching power
tubes, so there's no good reason to pay more. On current, typical
guitar amp 9-pinners: NONE are really that fucking good. Go see Mike
Kropotkin (KCA) for some real ones - if you *care* that much. Come to
think of it, there's really only few new-production power tubes that
are worth a shit either... If you got a sweet tooth, however, Willy
Wonka can sugar coat some for ya. The End.
