Freeware like Riffmaster Pro?

I just saw a software called Riffmaster Pro online that enables you to
slow down music to make it easier to learn. It costs $47. Is there
freeware or less expensive software that does the same thing? Thanks.

Reality is what, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away.

check out "Amazing Slow Downer"
does exactly what you are talking about.

not sure about the shareware price currently
but when I got it a little while ago it was a bargain.

Windows Media Player has it. Audacity is sound editing freeware that has a
slowdown feature, with or without pitch change.

Add another vote for Audacity. A very useful piece of software.

If you can still find it on the net, there was a free "Drum Trainer 2"(?)
that was good for this (slow down without changing pitch).
