Yeah, I was surprised by Sweetwater. Just did my first order with them
last week (got it today as a matter of fact), and I got both a
personalized e-mail from the sales guy and also a phone call from the
same guy (wasn't here, so he left a message). All I ordered were a few
straps, two sets of strings, and a pedal. I do like that personal
touch, although I'm not a fan of unsolicited calls.
