How does the Eden D210MBX compare with the D210XLT?

How does the Eden D210MBX compare with the D210XLT?

Been thinking of getting one to run for some gigs as a personal monitor
and also to stack with my D210XLT for bigger gigs so I can sell my ol'
monster Warwick 411 Pro. It weighs a ton and only gets used on a few gigs
nowadays.

Looking at the specs the MBX appears to be down a little bit in the
bottom end, but I don't use my 5'er much nowadays and I suspect I
wouldn't really notice in the real world.

Anybody used/compared 'em both?

Thump

Hey, Thump. I have used both, and currently own the MBX. To my ears, the
sound is almost identical... close enough to not worry about. And, as long
as you don't push too hard, the low B will be OK. (I have a 6-string.)

As for stacking... here's an idea. The larger of the new Nemesis N series
amps come with a positioning wedge that attaches to the cab with heavy duty
Velcro. You can use that with the MBX, too... and it will add stability.

Hope this helps!

Nothing new here...I agree with Lane.
I own the MBX and use it by itself on small stages. On tight stages that I
need the volume I stack it on my 410XLT.
On huge stages that you get lost on, I place it at my feet next to my vocal
monitor.
It doesn't go as low as the 210XLT, but if you don't push it too hard or use
a compressor it works great.
To me it works best as a bass monitor run separate from my main rig.
