We used Duct Tape to get control of the drummer's bass pedal once. It
was part of an Roland electronic drum set, and it (and the bass drum
pad) started to walk away from the drummer about midway through the
third song of a benefit concert at our church. We duct-taped that
sucker down WHILE HE CONTINUED TO PLAY, and it held its position for the
rest of the concert. You never know when that stuff is going to come in
handy.

Perhaps the same stuff used to tape headphones to Keith Moon's head so he
could follow a click-track in one Who movie. I have to wonder how stoned he
was not to consider what it was going to feel like when they pulled the tape
off.
