Boss Japanese BF-2 Flanger...opinions

....I have one and just don't like it at all. I -love- the flange
effect
but this one just sounds terrible,imo. Some ppl might like it
,but I just don't.

....All metal, no wood. Metallic/Harsh. Fake-sounding resonance.
No water, no "floatyness"... just metallic crap, imho.

..Im looking for a new flange pedal, any suggestions?
Electric mistress?, DOD?, DIGITECH?, IBANEZ?,
...what are the best sounding flangers out there?

I think the BF-2 rules... But, you have to set it right. I can't think of
any other Flangers that will match that.. Not even an old MXR Flanger...

now that i think of it, I remember liking the -ADS- Flanger allot.
Its a shame theyre out of production,.....
they are hella expensive
if you could even FIND ONE anymore,...

The ADA??? Yeah, those were great too - and the Eventide H945 (Kashmir),
but for a $50 Flanger, the Boss really held up its end.
