Fuzz Face and Tone Bender pedal circuits.

Hi there,

I've finally got round to having a shot at building my own pedal.
I've bought some of the old "red spot" germanium transistors and old
silicon transistors on E Bay. I've got a die cast casing, sockets,
switch etc. together and have pulled a couple of circuit diagrams off
the Net.
Before I make a start, has anyone gone through this?
If you have a tried and tested circuit please let me know and any
info. would be gratefully received,

P.S.
The video and sound demos of pedals on You Tube are great! Probably
everyone elso in the world but me knew about them, but it's really
good to look and listen. Might have a go myself when I get the cash to
get a camera.
