Rockman midi pedal manual, and octopussy

Anyone have a Rockman midi pedal manual, or a link?

Or just a couple quick answers:
1. It has five program change buttons, labelled 1-5 and above that 6-10.
Does this mean that first click on a button selects i.e. program 5, and
second click on same button selects program 6?

2. Does it have a midi channel select switch or such?
3. Can program range be set to 0-whatever or 1-whatever ?


If it works as in 1), and 2) is met, and program range can be set (0-xxx
vs 1-xxx), I may be interested in buying.

I'm looking for an octopussy, if anyone should have one leftover.
