No, she used honest to goodness tracked vehicles. This silly thing
has exposed rubber tires, a rather major weakness.

There have been similar vehicles used to ram narcotics dealers' doors,
as no regular police equipment could break down those doors. But then
you'd reverse to rip out the door frame and the regular raid would start.

At least now when the narcotics dealer installs his mind into a killer
robot and tries to wreck the city, somebody may be able to use these
trucks to slow him down.
