RLR MFFY and more stupid Sloths
RLR MFFY and more stupid Sloths
I was waiting at a traffic signal on a three-lane road. The
intersecting street had a green signal, but there was a Sloth in a
minivan that was braking on the long right-turn lane. The Sloth was
going so slowly that the green signal expired by the time it finally got
close to the intersection. Everybody else in the through-lanes stopped
for the red signal, and I started moving on the green signal.
The minivan driver rolled through the red signal and into the
intersection in front of me, then slowed down to a crawl. I started to
go left, but the MFFYing Sloth went into the middle lane too. I
accelerated and passed in the right lane. The Sloth honked at me, and
then held up the rest of the traffic. Why did the Sloth honk at me?
Maybe I was supposed to stop to "accommodate" its Slothly driving. How
about learning that green means "go" and red means "stop"? Stupid
Slothly red-light runners! Where was the red-light camera when I needed it?
I also had a pick-up truck driver fail to stop at a stop sign. There
was a huge gap behind me, but the Sloth wanted to pull in front of me
and then slow down to 10 below my speed. I was going use the opposing
lane to pass instead of slamming on the brakes, but I was planning to
turn right anyway and only lost another minute of my time and some
petrol because of stupid Sloths.
Then there was an LLB in another minivan that was holding up some
drivers behind me. The road entered some curves and the speed limit
sign indicated that drivers should slow down to 60. The LLB ignored the
speed limit sign, and was still going about 75 when it was passing me.
The LLB hit the curve and "lost control", swerving into my side and
forcing me out of the right lane.

I'm in the right lane of the tollway with 2 wide-open lanes to my left
and a minivan ahead of me in the right lane. Retard in an Expedition
passes me in the middle lane, then changes lanes to the right. It
quickly catches up to the minivan but, instead of using one of the
very-available left lanes to pass, the idiot becomes a duckling and
brakes not once, not twice, but three times until it has bled off
enough speed to avoid rear-ending the minivan.
Anyway, it's pretty clear that your minivan driver expected you to
behave exactly the way this Expedition driver did. Sloth hates anyone
that wants to go faster than it.
